To the Cavaliers
Yesterday was by far the happiest day of my life. Not just because I married the man I love, but also because you were all there to witness it. It meant a lot to me, to see you all on this important moment. I never dreamed I'd be married, and I certainly never imagined the warm presence of friends there. For the longest time, I never thought I'd have any friends at all. But there you all were. I believe now I can finally lay aside the slumbering feelings of having to prove myself worthy, because your mere presence have sent that message across: I am worthy. I am a good person. I do belong.
